She emphasized, “I firmly believe that investments in human capital are equally vital as investments in product R&D. Our people are our greatest asset, and creating an environment where they can thrive is of utmost importance. I am dedicated to unleashing the innate drive within individuals to be autonomous, self-determined, and connected. By doing so, we will not only empower our team and driver partners to achieve more but also create value for both them and Magenta.”

Maxson Lewis, Founder, and Managing Director of Magenta Mobility, expressed his enthusiasm about the addition of Dharmistha Chaudhary to the team, “We are excited to have Dharmistha on board as our CHRO. Her holistic approach to human resources, combined with her proven expertise in leadership development and strategic planning, aligns seamlessly with our values and growth trajectory. Through her leadership, we aim to cultivate a workplace where every individual’s potential is unlocked, leading to collective success.”

Dharmistha Chaudhary’s appointment as Chief Human Resources Officer comes at a pivotal moment as Magenta Mobility accelerates its operations and expands its market presence. With a strategic focus on human capital, Magenta Mobility is poised to continue its journey as a leading force in the dynamic electric mobility sector.

Magenta Mobility raised USD 22 Million from two marquee investors – BP Ventures and Morgan Stanley India Infrastructure. Earlier this month, the brand proudly announced its operation in Pune. Currently operational in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Mysuru, Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon, Magenta Mobility is expanding its operational presence in multiple other cities. The brand employs a team size of around 200+ employees including 15 key individuals in leadership roles and has ambitious plans to scale up its fleet, driver partner network, and workforce during this year as it envisions operational expansion into additional cities.
