New Double Magnet Speakers Feature High Sound Output

CUI Devices’ Audio Group today announced the addition of new double magnet speaker models to its speakers portfolio. Available in square frame sizes from 42.5 mm to 48 mm, the CDS speaker family’s double neodymium magnet design features sound pressure levels of 83 dB or 84 dB at 1 meter. Offering impedance ratings of 4 Ohms, nominal inputs of 4 W or 5 W, and solder pad or wire lead mounting styles, these double magnet speakers are ideal for applications where high sound output is essential.

The CDS models further carry resonant frequencies from 170 up to 230 Hz, PEI or PU and paper cone types, and operating temperature ranges from -20 to 60۩°C.
