    BC Modular Electronics Housing System for Smart Buildings

    Phoenix Contact is expanding its BC modular housing series with new products designed for versatile applications in building automation.

    Each housing chamber can be customized to meet specific device requirements, saving valuable time for device developers. The upper parts of these configurable chambers are perfectly matched with the Push-in PCB terminal blocks of the SPT-THR 1,5 and 2,5 series. A convenient and tool-free Push-in connection on the front ensures secure and vibration-resistant wiring.

    Additionally, housing covers feature integrated 2.4-inch touch displays and membrane keypads, simplifying the implementation of display and operating solutions. Users can freely select the shape, colour, and printing of the membrane keypads through an online configurator. Furthermore, the new HBUS8 DIN rail connectors extend the comprehensive BC housing series portfolio, offering secure module-to-module communication with seven parallel and one serial contact.
